So we had an issue with the rear security door not closing a month or so after the installation.I sent an email informing of the issue and received a call the next day (yesterday) arranging a time to come and check it out. Everything that they said they would do, they did and they did it when they said they would. I needed some new screen doors installed and some old screens retrofitted with triple security locks. When I was researching I look at the ratings and also look for a fair bit of positive feedback and with Starline Security that was indeed the case. I found a bit of difficulty at the start with the Covid process that was put in place trying to send photo's and measurements due to the various types and styles of doors and windows we have but when none of it made sense and Ben came out it was smooth sailing from then on. Very happy with Starline Security. I tried other flyscreen companies only to receive ZERO response after the standard "we will get back to you" email. Starline admitted they were extremely busy, but still took on my relatively small, non-standard request and set my expectations perfectly. Nathan came out to measure and within a week I had it installed! Janet from the office is also very friendly and easy to work with.
