Excellent quality product made to a very high standard. They no longer do their own installations but will refer you to a preferred installer if you contact them; Steve from Dynasty Glass Installations (who is an absolute professional) did my installation. I got a sliding security door replaced that matches in perfectly with the other, older security grilles and doors in my house.read more

So we had an issue with the rear security door not closing a month or so after the installation.I sent an email informing of the issue and received a call the next day (yesterday) arranging a time to come and check it out. They turned up today (the agreed day and time) and rectified the problem there and then.Great work!read more

Got our security screens installed today by Nathan. Super impressed with the service and professionalism. Nathan was simply amazing! Not only he was punctual with both the appointments- measure and install but he was very polite and respectful. Everytime he came inside the house, he took his shoes off. Hale and the team at Starline were just awesome. Their pricing was on point and customer service incredible. Everything that they said they would do, they did and they did it when they said they would. I needed some new screen doors installed and some old screens retrofitted with triple security locks. The old screens were taken away, refitted with new locks and returned and refitted to the doors on the same day. Exceptional customer service from a local company at a competitive price. Thank you Ben just to let you know Nathan and Hale did an exceptional job. When I was researching I look at the ratings and also look for a fair bit of positive feedback and with Starline Security that was indeed the case. I found a bit of difficulty at the start with the Covid process that was put in place trying to send photo's and measurements due to the various types and styles of doors and windows we have but when none of it made sense and Ben came out it was smooth sailing from then on. Absolutely go with this company these guys really are going above and beyond. Looks perfect couldn't be happier.read more

Very happy with Starline Security. I tried other flyscreen companies only to receive ZERO response after the standard "we will get back to you" email. Starline admitted they were extremely busy, but still took on my relatively small, non-standard request and set my expectations perfectly. Nathan came out to measure and within a week I had it installed! Janet from the office is also very friendly and easy to work with. So happy I have a solution to keep my balcony doors open during summer without having to worry about insects.read more
