Commissioned Quotes:

One thing we’ve found our builders or developer clients love is our commissioned quotes service. When building a townhouse complex, it can be difficult to cater to the varying needs of your clients, especially when half of the homes haven’t even been purchased yet. To overcome this, we can put together a series of quotes for different screen packages, which you can advertise to potential buyers in your “extras” options.  After the glass has been installed and handover is ready, we’ll come in and put in the exact security screen combination that your buyer has selected.

This removes the stress of you having to organise varying details for 30 different townhouses while adding value to your projects by providing your clients with product additions tailored specifically to them.  If requested, we can deal directly with your customer to find the right security screen package. Clients can choose from several options, including:

• Type of screen or door (Diamond Grille, BasiX, SecureView, Xceed or Insect Screening)
• Fall from Height Screen Compliance: Removing window restrictors by including a Safety Screen Package (Diamond Grille, BasiX, SecureView or Xceed)
• Screen and Door Grades (Safety, Barrier or Security)
• Matching any Dulux or Interpon powder-coated colour (we can accurately match ColorBond if necessary)
• Complete Installation Service

Bulk Discounts:

If you instead opt for the same screen package on all homes or apartments for a development, you will receive our lowest commercial pricing because major efficiencies can be factored in when installing multiple residences at the same location. When performing multiple installations on large projects, we’ll liaise with you before our scheduled installation date to make sure everything is going as planned and communicate effectively with your builders on site to make sure there’s no unnecessary hold-ups during the installation. Although we mainly install in South East Queensland, we can perform installations across Queensland, NSW and Victoria, depending on the project size.
